GetBiz Social — Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms are a binding agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and GetBiz Solutions. By creating an account, connecting a platform, or using GetBiz Social, you agree to these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

2. What GetBiz Social does

GetBiz Social lets you connect your own third-party accounts and publish, schedule, and manage content, manage messages, and view analytics from one place. Available features depend on your plan and on the permissions you grant on each connected platform.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users you invite.

4. Connecting third-party platforms

To use the integrations you authorize, you grant GetBiz Social access to the connected accounts through each platform’s official API, limited to the permissions (scopes) you approve. You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage each account you connect, and that your use complies with that platform’s terms. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which revokes our access. GetBiz Social is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any connected platform or its owner (including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X Corp., TikTok, and the other networks it supports). Platform availability, features, and API behavior are controlled by those platforms and may change.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you publish through GetBiz Social. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it. You must not use GetBiz Social to:

• violate any law or any connected platform’s terms, developer policies, or community guidelines;
• send spam, or publish content you are not authorized to post;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
• upload malware, scrape data in violation of a platform’s rules, or attempt to circumvent API rate limits or restrictions;
• misuse personal data obtained through a connected platform.

Violations may result in suspension or termination, and may be reported to the relevant platform where required.

6. Platform-specific terms

Your use of each integration is additionally governed by that platform’s own terms. By connecting a platform you agree to comply with:

6.1 Meta — Facebook & Instagram

The Meta Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and Community Standards. You are responsible for the Pages/accounts you connect and the content you publish to them through GetBiz Social.

6.2 Pinterest

The Pinterest Developer Guidelines, Platform Policy, and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for the boards, Pins, and content you manage through GetBiz Social.

6.3 LinkedIn

The LinkedIn API Terms of Use, Platform Guidelines, and Professional Community Policies. You are responsible for the member profile or Organization Page you connect and the content you publish.

6.4 Google — YouTube & Business Profile

The Google APIs Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use), the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Business Profile policies. You are responsible for the channels and locations you connect and the content you publish.

6.5 X (Twitter)

The X Developer Agreement and Policy and the X Terms of Service. You are responsible for the account you connect and the content you publish.

6.6 TikTok

The TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Platform policies and the TikTok Community Guidelines. You are responsible for the account you connect and the content you publish.

6.7 Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Mastodon, Bluesky & OK

Where you connect them, the respective developer/API terms, bot policies, and community guidelines of Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Mastodon, Bluesky, and OK (Odnoklassniki). You are responsible for the account, channel, or community you connect and the content you publish.

6.8 AI features

GetBiz Social’s optional AI features are powered by third-party AI providers (OpenAI and Google Gemini). By using them, you agree that the content you submit for an AI request is sent to those providers to generate the result, subject to their terms, and you are responsible for your use of AI-generated output.

7. Plans, fees, and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

8. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, particularly where a platform changes or withdraws API access.

9. Intellectual property

GetBiz Social, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by GetBiz Solutions and its licensors. These Terms grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, or availability of any connected platform.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify GetBiz against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any connected platform’s policies, except to the extent caused by us.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your platforms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or a platform’s policies, or as required by law. On termination, we delete or anonymize associated data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion process, subject to legal retention requirements.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
