GetBiz Campaigns — Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data associated with GetBiz Campaigns, including contact lists, campaign and tracking data, and connected integrations. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time; account holders can delete data in-app or request full deletion.

Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

1. Recipients — unsubscribe or be removed

If you received a campaign sent with GetBiz Campaigns and want to stop or be removed, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact the sender directly — the sender controls its contact list. You can also contact us at contact@getbiz.solutions and we will forward your request to the relevant sender and assist as their processor. We may keep a minimal suppression record (your email) to ensure you are not emailed again.

2. Account holders — delete in-app

  • Delete contacts or lists — removes those recipients and their attributes from your account;
  • Delete campaign / tracking data — where available, removes campaign records and associated open/click data;
  • Disconnect integrations — revokes access to a connected service (sending provider, Google/Facebook sign-in, AI, webhooks, automation) and deletes the stored credentials.

3. Request full data deletion

To request deletion of data already processed, use the button above or email contact@getbiz.solutions with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please include the product (GetBiz Campaigns), your role, account email, company name, and what you want deleted. We verify the identity and authority of the requester before deleting anything.

4. What we delete and what we may retain

On a verified request we delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with the request across our active systems. We may retain minimal unsubscribe/suppression records to honor opt-outs, and data required by law (for example to evidence consent, or for tax and accounting), and data held temporarily in backups purged on a rolling schedule. We confirm by email once completed.
