GetBiz Social — Data Deletion
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This page explains how to delete data associated with GetBiz Social, including data accessed from any connected platform — Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube, Business Profile), LinkedIn, Pinterest, X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Mastodon, Bluesky and OK. You can remove most data yourself by disconnecting a platform, or request full deletion at any time.

Request Data DeletionYour request will be processed within 7 business days.
1. Fastest option — disconnect a platform
In GetBiz Social, open Integration settings, select the connected account, and choose Disconnect. Disconnecting revokes GetBiz Social’s access via the platform’s API, deletes the stored OAuth tokens, and removes the cached profile, content, and analytics data for that connection. This does not delete anything on the platform itself — your Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, or LinkedIn account and its content remain under your control there.
2. Request full data deletion
To request deletion of data already processed by GetBiz Social, use the button above or email contact@getbiz.solutions with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please include:
- the product: GetBiz Social;
- your account email and company name;
- which connected account(s) the request covers;
- what you want deleted (a specific connection, or your entire account).
To protect your data, we verify the identity and authority of the requester before deleting anything.
3. Platform-specific notes
3.1 Meta — Facebook & Instagram
In addition to in-app disconnection, you can remove GetBiz Social’s access from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations. GetBiz Social also supports Meta’s data-deletion callback, so a deletion initiated from Meta instructs us to delete the associated data and returns a confirmation.
3.2 Pinterest
You can revoke GetBiz Social’s access from your Pinterest account settings (connected apps) and/or disconnect in-app. On a verified request we delete the stored tokens and cached Pinterest profile, board, Pin, and analytics data.
3.3 LinkedIn
You can revoke access from your LinkedIn account settings (permitted services) and/or disconnect in-app. On a verified request we delete the stored tokens and cached LinkedIn profile, Organization Page, and analytics data.
3.4 Google — YouTube & Business Profile
You can revoke GetBiz Social’s access from your Google Account → Security → Third-party access and/or disconnect in-app. On a verified request we delete the stored tokens and cached YouTube/Business Profile data.
3.5 X, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, Mastodon, Bluesky & OK
For any other connected network, disconnecting in-app revokes GetBiz Social’s access and deletes the stored tokens and cached data for that connection. You can also revoke access from that platform’s own connected-apps / authorized-apps settings. On a verified request we delete the stored tokens and cached profile, content, and analytics data for the connection.
3.6 AI features
If you used AI features, the content you submitted was sent to our AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini) to generate a result; their retention is governed by their terms. We do not retain a separate copy of AI prompts beyond what is needed to deliver and support the feature, and we delete associated records on a verified request.
4. What we delete and what we may retain
On a verified request we delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data associated with the request across our active systems. Some data may be retained where required by law (for example tax, accounting, or security records) or held temporarily in backups that are purged on a rolling schedule. We confirm by email once completed.
5. Data controlled by your organization
If your data was added to GetBiz Social by your employer or another organization that controls the account, that organization is the data controller. We will forward your request to them and assist as their data processor.
